Experience within the People & Operations (P&O) domain is highly desirable, along with a proven ability to lead complex projects and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
As a Principal Service Design P&O at Zalando, you will analyze, redesign, and prototype P&O processes with a focus on creating positive and user-friendly experiences for both employees and P&O teams, supporting the implementation of technology solutions to enhance process efficiency and user satisfaction, guiding cross-functional teams to elevate process excellence and align with business goals, identifying and analyzing problems to craft data-driven solutions, championing process standardization and continuous improvement, and leading strategic projects from initiation to completion while fostering collaboration across teams.
