Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, business administration, or a related field
  • Prior experience managing transformation programs involving cross functional tracks of Data, ERP, Compliance, Infrastructure, Integrations and Change Management
  • Implementation experience using waterfall, hybrid, SAFe Agile methodologies
  • 15+ years of experience

Responsibilities

  • Ensures successful, end-to-end delivery of a project or a program through ongoing client engagement, partnering with technical teams internal and external to the initiative, and coordination of all required activities and milestones
  • Involved in projects prioritization and initiation, responsible for definition of and compliance with project management methodologies, performing regular tracking and reporting on progress, and accountable for initiative results verification
  • Responsible for standardizing project delivery and reporting methodology
  • Responsible for creating, using and promoting deliverables standardization where possible
  • Leads investment programs to deliver them on time, on budget and with right quality to maximize business value
  • Collaborates with cross functional teams within IT and function to ensure clear work allocation, manage critical path and ensure timely risk resolution to keep programs on track
  • Requires specialized knowledge within the function. Influence the development of strategy for the area of responsibility, including control of resources and influences policy formulation
  • Interprets simple internal and external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes or services. Stays informed of industry trends that may inform work
  • Uses high level of judgment to make decisions and handle complex tasks or problems in areas of operational, product management, manufacturing, technology or engineering
  • Has ability to assess quality of information given and ask pertinent questions to stakeholders. Able to offer new solutions to problems outside of set parameters and can construct and provide recommendations
  • Uses multiple internal and some external sources outside of own function to help arrive at a decision
