Senior Product Manager

Position Overview

Flexe is transforming the $1.5T logistics industry by providing technology-powered flexible warehousing infrastructure to large Enterprise companies. Our cloud-based software platform connects over 1300 warehouse operators across North America, enabling fast and efficient sourcing, operation, and scaling of logistics services.

The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for spearheading user research to identify customer pain-points and strategic business opportunities. This role involves leading a team of engineers and collaborating with operations and commercial teams to deliver a complex roadmap of product and process solutions, crucial for unlocking Flexe's growth and revenue.

This position reports to the Director, Distribution or the Sr. Manager, Technical Product Management.

Salary

The salary range for this role is $141,750 to $199,100, depending in part on candidate location. All employees receive company equity.

Responsibilities

  • Develop the vision, strategy, and roadmap for key products within the Flexe Logistics Platform.
  • Define success metrics using meaningful and innovative methods.
  • Partner closely with engineering, marketing, sales, and operations to execute the product vision.
  • Spearhead user research focused on understanding both internal and external customers.
  • Become a domain expert in the Flexe platform and the broader logistics solutions landscape.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Technical Program Manager.
  • 3+ years of experience working with supply chain systems (ERP, OMS, IMS, WMS, TMS) or equivalent technologies (e.g., material handling systems).
  • Experience incorporating user feedback and business strategy to craft long-term product strategy and vision.
  • Proven track record of building trust with key stakeholders to align multiple teams and deliver on strategic initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience transforming multiple solutions into a cohesive platform.
  • Strong technical background with the ability to communicate complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Past experience as an engineer or engineering manager.
