Requirements

Candidates must possess at least 8 years of experience as a Product Manager or Technical Program Manager, along with 3+ years of experience working with supply chain systems such as ERP, OMS, IMS, WMS, and TMS. They should have a strong technical background and the ability to communicate complex technical issues effectively, as well as experience incorporating user feedback and business strategy to create a long-term product strategy and vision, and a track record of building trust with stakeholders to align teams and deliver on strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for developing the vision, strategy, and roadmap for key products within the Flexe Logistics Platform, defining success through innovative measurement methods, partnering with engineering, marketing, sales, and operations to execute the product vision, spearheading user research efforts to understand customers, and becoming a domain expert in both the Flexe platform and the logistics solutions landscape.
