Responsibilities

Develop and execute the Pentest as a Service (PTaaS) product line strategy and roadmap, leveraging advanced offensive security testing via GenAI via LLM
Lead cross-functional GTM collaboration with customers across Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Customer Operations to drive adoption and communicate thought leadership on PTaaS offerings
Evangelize the value of HackerOne's PTaaS offerings internally and externally as a subject matter expert, via customer and prospect calls, product demos, webinars, roadmap briefings, and industry events
Stay at the forefront of industry trends and competitive developments to identify opportunities for disruptive innovation and positioning HackerOne as a market leader
Collaborate with design, marketing, customer success, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of PTaaS products
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive business outcomes and growth
Analyze customer feedback and market trends to inform product development and strategy
Participate in product roadmapping and prioritization, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs
Develop and deliver customer success strategies, including adoption plans, support, and feedback mechanisms
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and consistency across product development, marketing, and customer success efforts
