Requirements

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in product management, with at least 4 years owning complex, high-scale platform or infrastructure products in fintech, payments, or related industries
  • Proven ability to define and deliver on long-term product visions while managing short-term priorities
  • Strong technical fluency; ability to engage deeply with engineers on architecture, APIs, and system design
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset, with experience building KPIs, dashboards, and measurement frameworks
  • Experience formulating, communicating, and implementing a multi-year platform strategy
  • Experience leading the delivery of product features from requirements gathering to development, through to launch and user adoption

Responsibilities

  • Define a clear product vision and multi-quarter strategic roadmap for your portfolio, aligned to company-level goals and the GMM strategy
  • Lead through ambiguity, identifying the biggest opportunities for impact and aligning diverse stakeholders around a shared plan
  • Drive measurable improvements in cost efficiency, transaction speed, and network reliability, ensuring sustainable scaling as volumes grow
  • Partner with engineering to deliver high-quality, high-availability systems that meet or exceed SLAs for uptime and performance
  • Own end-to-end product lifecycle: discovery, requirements, design collaboration, development, testing, launch, and ongoing optimization
  • Use data and analytics to identify bottlenecks, prioritize enhancements, and validate impact
  • Manage trade-offs between speed, cost, reliability, and compliance in a fast-moving environment
