Position Overview

Ada is seeking a driven Senior Product Manager to lead the evolution of our extensibility platform. This is a highly visible, high-impact role where you will shape the strategy and roadmap for APIs, webhooks, and SDKs. You will accelerate developer productivity, collaborate across teams and with external partners, and drive the adoption of our Integration Framework.

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager who thrives in complex, fast-moving environments. You are a problem-solver who embraces challenges, acts decisively, and relentlessly pursues results. You are naturally curious, digging deep to understand the root cause of issues. Your decisions are informed by data, intuition, and customer insights, ensuring that all products are intentional, high-quality, and well-integrated. You prioritize high-impact initiatives and architect strategies for future growth.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Extensibility Platform Evolution: Define the strategy and roadmap for APIs, webhooks, and SDKs to enable tailored integrations.
  • Accelerate Developer Productivity: Enhance documentation and tooling, providing clear specifications and examples for developers and AI coding agents.
  • Collaborate and Innovate: Work with internal teams and external partners to identify new extensibility needs, validate integration patterns, and deliver product improvements for diverse enterprise environments.
  • Expand Integration Pathways: Open new integration avenues into and out of Ada, focusing on high-value use cases and platform flexibility.
  • Streamline Integration Adoption: Grow and simplify the adoption of the Integration Framework for internal teams and third-party developers.
  • Drive Ecosystem Growth: Monitor API usage and ecosystem expansion, improve performance, and partner with go-to-market teams to deliver extensibility-driven value.

Requirements

  • Product Leadership: Minimum of 5 years of experience in product development (engineering, design, or product management).
  • Product Management Experience: At least 2 years in a product management role, with a track record of driving products from concept to launch.
  • Greenfield Experience: Proven ability to thrive in ambiguous environments, utilizing creativity, experimentation, and rapid iteration.
