Requirements

They must have experience incorporating feedback from product, business, and engineering partners, identify potential technology partners and provide build/buy recommendations, and develop a phased roadmap and resourcing model. Furthermore, candidates should be data-driven, detail-oriented, receptive to change, and adaptable, with a focus on coordination across product managers, engineers, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

The Principal Product Manager will quickly develop a strong understanding of Minted’s customization platform, partner with engineering and product teams to outline and execute a multi-year replatform strategy, incorporate feedback from various stakeholders throughout the design workflow, identify possible technology partners and evaluate them for build/buy recommendations, develop and propose a phased roadmap and resourcing model, coordinate program execution including kickoffs, scrums, and rollout plans, define, monitor, and report on key success metrics for engagement and product uptake, and balance operational needs on the existing platform while focusing on the replacement.
