Requirements

  • Ambitious full-stack engineer

Responsibilities

  • Own projects end-to-end, from research to implementation
  • Research competitors and industry needs
  • Talk to users (e.g., customers) to understand their needs
  • Write product specs
  • Make product and design decisions
  • Design interfaces and create wireframes
  • Prototype ideas
  • Build innovative software features, such as automated interview scheduling, generalized declarative filter architecture, or in-app offer signing
  • Watch users interact with built features and decide on next iterations
