The Platform Architect will act as a trusted technical advisor to customers, guiding their digital transformation journey with ServiceNow. This role involves establishing and supporting best practices for instance strategy, technical governance, core data, integrations, and overall platform health. The architect will guide both partner and customer resources using leading practices, tools, accelerators, and methodologies, interfacing with customer executives, platform owners, enterprise architects, and development teams. Responsibilities include developing strong customer relationships, guiding the execution of technical governance processes, developing standards for maintaining the ServiceNow architecture model and platform health, and supporting the design and implementation of a platform operating model. The role also involves providing technical evaluations of demands against platform architecture and capabilities, analyzing business and technical requirements into architectural blueprints, driving platform health by reviewing and guiding remediation of configurations, advocating for ServiceNow's Customer Success Impact advisory practices, and guiding customers through integration and performance design review sessions.
