Requirements

Candidates must live in Calgary or a nearby area and have experience as a Principal Platform Architect. Responsibilities

The Principal Platform Architect will guide customers through digital transformation by leading solutioning and scoping discussions, and driving the successful delivery of strategic projects. They will provide thought leadership, best practices, and expert guidance to ensure customers achieve long-term value from the ServiceNow platform. Responsibilities include engaging with senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technology solutions, establishing strong governance frameworks, reducing technical debt, and enabling scalable solutions. The role involves interfacing with customers across executive, platform owner, enterprise architect, and development teams, and contributing to the ServiceNow product strategy team to steer the product roadmap.
