Requirements

  • University degree in finance or related field
  • Seasoned experience in operations and middle office functions and in designing and implementing complex operational control frameworks
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven track record of being client-focused and delivering outstanding client service
  • Demonstrated strong leadership qualities along with a proactive, positive, and adaptable approach to work
  • Experience mobilizing efforts of team members and stakeholders in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent presentation skills and capacity to address complex client questions and requests

Responsibilities

  • Provide oversight of Operations servicing to specific key clients
  • Manage the Operations team dedicated to supporting specific key clients by establishing the appropriate oversight framework
  • Manage client and hedge fund manager calls relating to the Innocap operating model, onboarding, and operational structuring
  • Support assigned clients and teams in solving complex problems relating to the operating model
  • Develop a deep understanding of Innocap’s proprietary technology and lead initiatives to improve its capabilities
  • Form part of the Platform Operations senior management team and actively engage in developing the strategic vision of the team evolution
  • Periodically attend client marketing and due diligence meetings to present the Innocap operating model and related capabilities and field questions from clients
  • Act as a coach for the team members, provide them the tools and support they need to succeed in their role
  • Ensure that all client processes are duly documented
  • Foster strong relationships with leaders of other departments to build a solid foundation and a smooth transversal operating model
