Candidates need a B.S. in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering (M.S. preferred), 8+ years in project engineering in power generation or heavy industry, expertise in gas turbine technology, mastery of ASME and API standards, proficiency in 3D CAD like SolidWorks, and strong leadership skills. A PE license and PMP are preferred.
