Candidates must be based in Arkansas, Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, Nevada, North Carolina, South Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, Wisconsin, and have proven ability to oversee end-to-end implementation projects. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential, along with the capacity to manage travel for client engagements.
This role involves leading end-to-end implementations for large PBM clients, providing strategic direction and serving as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle. The Principal Implementation Manager will collaborate with the sales team on RFPs and finalist presentations, architect effective solutions, develop detailed project plans, establish monitoring processes, and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes and timely completion of tasks.
