Responsibilities

Manage individual technical data analysis and visualization projects
Apply specialized knowledge to achieve project objectives and drive innovation
Utilize data science techniques to extract insights and create meaningful visualizations to communicate findings
Conduct independent research and thought leadership activities to optimize outcomes
Achieve goals through mainly self-directed work with potential guidance from management
Make operational decisions within the scope of assigned projects
Collaborate closely with procurement, IT, and other departments to understand data requirements and improve data quality and integrity for spend and supplier analytics
Design, implement, and maintain ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into analytics platforms
Build and optimize data pipelines and architectures to ensure efficient data flow and accessibility for procurement analysis
Analyze procurement data to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiency
Provide actionable recommendations based on data insights to support strategic procurement decisions
Develop and automate Tableau dashboards and reports to communicate key procurement metrics and insights to stakeholders
Ensure the quality, consistency, and design standards of Tableau dashboards used across procurement
Continuously monitor industry trends and tools, recommending enhancements to existing data processes and technologies
