Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field, and a minimum of 7 years of hands-on Workday configuration and solution delivery experience. They should also hold a Workday Pro or former Workday implementer certification, ideally in Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence, and Advanced Reporting, with additional certifications in Core HCM and Compensation being a plus. Furthermore, candidates must have experience supporting global Workday environments and understanding multi-country regulatory requirements.
As a Principal HRIS Analyst, the role involves leading the design, configuration, and continuous improvement of Workday solutions for Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence, and Compensation, serving as a functional and technical subject matter expert, supporting cross-functional initiatives, driving continuous improvement, ensuring scalable configurations, owning Workday release management, advising stakeholders, managing work independently, collaborating across HR, IT, and business functions, and communicating effectively on timelines and outcomes.
