  • Proven track record of crafting and implementing high-volume test hardware solutions
  • Expertise in contactor development and thermal testing

  • Demonstrated history of innovative developments that have transitioned to high-volume production
  • Skill in collaborating with various client teams to ensure testing solutions align with all specifications while minimizing production risks
  • Detailed understanding of materials science and its application to testing hardware

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategy development for ATE and SLT test processes' equipment and hardware
  • Develop and implement test sockets and thermal gear for next-generation ICs
  • Guarantee that production sockets meet all criteria for accommodating large packages, high bandwidth interfaces, and flexibility
  • Collaborate with supplier partners, test and product engineering teams, circuit design, and signal integrity experts
  • Perform detailed analysis and risk assessment prior to product arrival to guarantee seamless testing
  • Review and conceptualize continual improvements for existing and planned socket and thermal gear
  • Ensure products can be tested for signal bandwidth and various temperature ranges, achieving high-quality levels
