Requirements

Candidates must possess deep expertise in ETRM systems such as Endur and the energy trading lifecycle. They should be capable of leading multi-disciplinary teams, managing complex project deliveries, and have experience in client engagement, solution architecture, and delivery governance. The role requires the ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement across trading platforms, along with excellent leadership and mentoring capabilities. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Energy, Engineering, Economics, Finance, or a related field is preferred, as are certifications in ETRM systems, Power Trading, or Energy Markets, and prior consulting experience in energy/power markets.

Responsibilities

The Principal will lead large-scale ETRM transformation programs, providing strategic direction and managing delivery teams. They will ensure alignment with client objectives across trading, risk, and regulatory domains, and contribute ideas, experiences, and diverse thinking within an entrepreneurial, high-growth environment.
