Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage complex WSP Deployment Guidance Service (DGS) engagements across Workday modules, focusing on full platform deployments and leveraging industry expertise
  • Own and manage a portfolio of critical WSP accounts for deploying customers, specifically WSP Accelerate Plus tier with Workday Professional Services Advisory footprint
  • Act as the primary customer point of contact, addressing issues and concerns related to Workday deployment
  • Drive collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Managing Partners, Customer Success Managers, and Technical Account Managers, to ensure project success
  • Contribute to the strategic growth of WSP and DGS, including shaping the strategic direction and expansion
  • Provide strategic guidance to customers during Workday deployment
  • Influence executive decisions and collaborate within the WSP Account team
  • Develop and improve the Deployment Guidance Service and mentor the DGS team
