As a Principal Consultant with the CRL team, you will be responsible for delivering SAP-enabled transformation programs, specializing in Order to Cash, including integration touchpoints with the wider S/4 Finance. You will lead and support Order to Cash pursuits, practice development, and architect SAP CAR solutions to address critical business use cases for retail, CPG, and logistics clients. This role involves leading workstreams comprised of onshore and offshore resources, designing end-to-end solutions, and ensuring deliverables align with design principles and methodologies. You’ll also lead client workshops, bring SME knowledge, and build solutions based on client requirements.

Requirements

  • Data & Communication: Experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for various audiences.
  • Language Proficiency: Excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills in the country’s official language(s) (C2 proficiency) and English (C2 proficiency).
  • Travel: Project-related mobility/willingness to travel.
  • SAP Experience: Demonstrable experience of delivering S/4HANA as part of a transformation program.
  • SAP Knowledge: Strong knowledge of S/4HANA configuration and best practices, with a background in Sales and Distribution and Order to Cash (OTC).
  • Integration Skills: Integration with best-of-breed applications (Salesforce, C4C) is desirable.
  • Agile Experience: Demonstrable experience of agile working practices on an SAP implementation, including planning activities during the project.
  • Workshop Facilitation: Experience of facilitating a design workshop and translating requirements into design.
  • Client Facing Skills: Strong client-facing skills and ability to lead a workstream through all phases of SAP implementation.
  • Adaptability & Improvement: Embrace flexibility, adaptability, and a process improvement approach.
  • Communication & Presentation: Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge Transfer: Proven ability to transfer knowledge and stay aware of current trends and technical advancements.
  • Professional Success: Strong track record of professional success, preferably in the Consulting Services.

Responsibilities

  • Delivery of SAP enabled transformation programmes - specialising in Order to cash including integration touch points with the wider S/4 Finance
  • Leading and supporting Order to Cash pursuits and practice development
  • Architecting SAP CAR solutions to support business use cases like real-time inventory visibility, POS data integration, demand sensing and other critical processes for retail, CPG and logistics clients
  • Leading a workstream comprised of on shore and off shore resources.
  • Designing end-to-end solutions and ensuring all deliverables produced by the team are consistent with design principles, standards and methodologies
  • Leading client workshops covering a range of topics including process design, industry best practices and bring SME knowledge in your area of expertise
  • Building end to end solutions based on client requirements, and documenting functional specifications where a development object is required
