About Zip

The simple task of buying software, services, or tools at work has become hopelessly complicated at even the most innovative companies in the world. Today, enterprises spend $120T+ per year globally and rely on vendors more than ever before to run their businesses.

Our cofounders started Zip in 2020 to address this seemingly intractable problem with a purpose-built procurement platform that provides a simple, consumer-grade user experience. Within the last 4 years, Zip has created a new category and developed the leading solution in this $50B+ TAM space. Today, the world’s leading companies like OpenAI, Snowflake, Anthropic, Coinbase, and Prudential rely on Zip to manage billions of dollars in spend.

We have a world-class team coming from category-defining companies like Airbnb, Meta, Stripe, Salesforce, Apple, and Google. With a $2.2 billion valuation and $370 million in funding from Y Combinator, Tiger Global, BOND, DST Global, and CRV, we’re focused on developing cutting-edge technology, expanding into new global markets, and—above all–driving incredible value for our customers. Join us!

What You’ll Do

  • Design, develop, and package SAP S/4HANA integration scripts (using SAP APIs, BAPIs, IDocs, OData, etc.) into reusable components deployable via Zip’s Integration Platform.
  • Create parameterized, configurable templates that allow scripts to be easily tailored for multiple customer environments without rework.
  • Work closely with Product, Engineering and Solutions Consulting teams to translate integration requirements into production-ready scripts.

    • Change orders and approvals
    • Invoice and goods receipt flows
  • Implement secure authentication mechanisms (e.g., OAuth, SAML, S/4HANA Single Sign-On) for script execution.
  • Test and validate integrations in both sandbox and live customer environments, ensuring error handling, logging, and resiliency.
  • Collaborate on continuous improvement of Zip’s SAP integration library, including code reviews, documentation, and CI/CD automation.
  • Stay current on SAP S/4HANA integration best practices and advise on approaches for optimizing performance and scalability.

What You’ll Bring

  • 3+ years of experience with SAP S/4HANA integrations, preferably in procurement, finance, or supply chain domains.
  • Hands-on expertise in SAP APIs (OData, REST), RFC/BAPI, IDoc processing, BTP, Integration Suite and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Node.js, ABAP for integration).
  • Strong understanding of SAP procurement objects (PRs, POs, vendors, plants, GL accounts, etc.).
  • Experience packaging reusable integration scripts or connectors for multi-customer deployment.
  • Excellent collaboration skills—ability to work closely with Product, Engineering, and field teams.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with SAP Ariba and SAP MDG integrations
  • Familiarity with iPaaS or integration platforms (MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato, etc.) is a plus.

Provides buy now, pay later services

About Zip

Zip Co offers buy now, pay later (BNPL) services that allow consumers to make purchases and pay for them over time without interest. Its main products, Zip Pay and Zip Money, cater to different spending needs, with Zip Pay for everyday purchases and Zip Money for larger expenses. The service works by enabling users to shop at partnered retailers and manage their payments through a clear and transparent system, where they can see how much they owe and when payments are due. Unlike many competitors, Zip focuses on providing flexible payment options and a straightforward fee structure, generating revenue through merchant fees, late fees, and interest on select products. The company's goal is to simplify the purchasing process for consumers while expanding its market presence across various countries.
