Responsibilities

  • Provide technical, educational, and sales support to meet Coronary Renal Denervation (CRDN) sales and customer service objectives, with heavy emphasis on supporting CathWorks FFRangio
  • Serve as the customer's first line contact for CRDN daily operations at assigned accounts
  • Support the regional CRDN sales strategy as set by the National Sales Director; work with sales representatives and managers across business units to achieve business plans
  • Take primary responsibility for sales if no other sales representative is assigned (as directed by Clinical Specialist Manager (CSM) and National Sales Director)
  • Represent Medtronic during procedures and implants to provide troubleshooting and technical assistance
  • Receive and research technical inquiries by telephone (e.g., product selection, technical questions about CRDN products)
  • Educate and train physicians, hospital personnel, and office staff on technical matters through one-on-one sessions, in-service programs, seminars, and symposiums
  • Assist District Manager (DM), CSM, and in-house training department in educating/training new Clinical Specialists and sales representatives
  • Provide training and resources for hospital staff to enable "train the trainer" programs
  • Complete necessary documentation and phone calls for customer service during/following cases
  • Update sales representatives on cases and immediately notify them of issues requiring follow-up
  • Serve as an effective Medtronic representative to physicians and support staff regarding products, service, and support
  • Maintain current knowledge of CRDN, Medtronic programs, products, services, and competitive products
  • Maintain open, effective communication with all district personnel
