Responsibilities

  • Provides advanced engineering, sales, educational, and technical support in response to complex field inquiries from physicians, health care professionals, patients, and field sales staff
  • Identifies, reports, and advises on customer needs, product performance, and potential sales opportunities to influence sales growth and service of accounts
  • Provides engineering, sales, education, and clinical support on a 24-hour, on-call basis
  • Develops, leads, and/or facilitates trainings and programs on EP products for healthcare professionals
  • Provides insight, guidance, and feedback to management on market feedback and next-generation product components
  • Provides regional EP implant case coverage to defined high-share accounts
  • Provides back-up support to EP Sales Representatives in sales support, regional training seminars, clinical studies/data collection, troubleshooting, and new product in-service training
  • Mentors and provides leadership to EP clinical support roles
  • Continually evaluates processes for effectiveness and appropriateness; reports status to manager
