Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Related Discipline
  • 10+ Years Technical Experience in the CAE Discipline in a New Product Development Environment with Electro-Mechanical Devices
  • Strong interpersonal skills, good oral, written, and presentation skills
  • Trained in the use of multiple CAE tools
  • Demonstrate successful performance with attention to detail while managing multiple projects
  • Work effectively with minimal supervision and maintain good working relationship with internal and external teams & customers

Responsibilities

  • Develop best practices and standards for the Product CAE teams to develop and validate products more efficiently and effectively
  • Review and vet the software and hardware that best fits the needs of our organization
  • Optimize the product design processes to increase the speed and quality of our product launches
  • Develop metrics and reporting for the T&O CAE teams
  • Develop automation of CAE processes and reporting to increase the efficiencies of our CAE teams
