Responsibilities

  • Successfully plan, organize and lead all phases of a systems implementation project working cross functionally and with other program managers
  • Conduct in-depth discovery with users, stakeholders, and subject matter experts to translate business goals and user needs into actionable requirements, clarifying how Workday Government solution functionality addresses core business processes and reporting
  • Partner with Business Technology to brainstorm and provide feedback on design to achieve easy-to-understand visualizations
  • Communicate with stakeholders proactively throughout the project to gather inputs, provide updates, and coordinate with other teams
  • Partner closely with Enablement teams to provide inputs to support communication, training, and adoption of new/updated systems
  • Anticipate areas of risk and develop mitigation strategies to find effective resolutions
  • Serve as a trusted advisor/subject matter expert when functional questions arise regarding our Workday Government systems, reporting and metrics
  • Develop Workday Government reporting based on end user needs, and business analysis in support of annual planning, Go-To-Market strategy changes, and delivering new business insights to leadership
