Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with a minimum of 8 years of experience in backend engineering, specifically within distributed systems. Strong experience with large-scale data processing and handling billions of events per day is essential, as is familiarity with petabytes of data. Furthermore, candidates should have a deep understanding of AI and LLM technologies, including Agentic frameworks, and a proven ability to integrate and deploy AI applications.

Responsibilities

As a Principal Backend Engineer, you will lead the development of Agentic AI solutions, including designing, developing, and deploying sophisticated AI agents and fine-tuning LLM models. You will collaborate with enterprise teams to integrate LLM models and deliver on product roadmaps, ensuring scalability, accuracy, and reliability. Additionally, you will mentor team members, define performance benchmarks, and stay current with the latest advancements in AI and LLM technologies to improve existing systems and develop new ones, tackling complex challenges within the NG-SIEM product group.
