Requirements

Candidates should have 5+ years of software engineering experience, with proven expertise in designing, building, scaling, and maintaining production services and a strong understanding of micro-services architecture. Strong technical skills in system design and coding are required, along with the ability to write high-quality, well-tested code. Familiarity with GenAI frameworks/tools, Python, GoLang, Docker, Postgres, and MongoDB is a plus, as is a background in AI/LLM infrastructure. A passion for building an open financial system and excellent communication skills are also valued.

Responsibilities

The Senior Software Engineer will explore and apply advanced GenAI techniques, including LLMs and Agentic AI, to solve complex challenges. They will lead project execution by managing priorities, deadlines, and deliverables, and write high-quality, well-tested code in Python and Golang. The role involves architecting scalable, secure systems using modern cloud technologies, mentoring team members, debugging complex technical issues, and reviewing the security, scalability, and architectural integrity of feature designs. Additionally, they will build pipelines to integrate with third-party vendors and streamline workflows.
