Responsibilities

  • Build, understand, and document requirements to help guide users through a new product lifecycle
  • Develop and maintain process documentation and drive continuous process improvements
  • Perform quality assurance checks on actions taken to ensure accuracy
  • Serve as subject matter expert to outside resources and facilitate education and training
  • Assist in the development of mitigation plans and monitor the progression of findings against their mitigation plans to ensure timely closure
  • Manage process communications for multiple levels of management, including executive level communications
  • Day to day oversight of multiple processes and identify process improvement opportunities with the ability to implement them through collaboration with other groups
