Requirements

  • Maintain documentation, track metrics, and provide reporting to measure impact and inform improvements
  • Coordinate communication and campaigns to maximize associate participation and engagement
  • Oversee vendors, budgets, and timelines to ensure seamless execution, efficiency, and cost optimization
  • Design and deliver programs such as town halls, team celebrations, team buildings
  • Coordinate volunteer programs, partnerships, and DIB initiatives to strengthen company impact internally and externally
