Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree and have extensive experience in the end-to-end development lifecycle for artificial intelligence and machine learning. A strong understanding of industry best practices and standards in AI safety is required, along with proficiency in programming and statistical techniques to solve complex problems. Experience with ISO 8800 and ISO 24118 is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The AI/ML Safety Technical Lead will define safety strategies and targets for AI/ML-based autonomous driving systems, assess the safety of production models and ML Ops, and collaborate on new machine learning solutions. Responsibilities include developing strategies for safe AI/ML development, deployment, and maintenance, ensuring safety in model training and enhancement, setting standards for prototyping and deploying AI solutions including Generative AI, and establishing strategies for testing and validation of data sets and operational design domain components.
