This is not a remote job and requires working from the Nike Mexico Office, with 50% travel within factories in North and Central America.
A minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in Advanced Manufacturing, Automation, and Digitization is required.
Expertise in automation systems, robotics, machine learning, artificial intelligence, and IoT as they relate to manufacturing processes is required, along with proficiency in GSD, factory capacity planning, and relevant engineering software and data analysis tools.
The role involves leading a team of Advanced Manufacturing Engineers and promoting a collaborative and inclusive work culture.
A bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or a related field is required; an advanced degree or certifications in engineering or technology management are preferred.
