Required qualifications include Medical Doctor (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.), Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Board Certification (or board eligible), active non-probationary unrestricted State License, active DEA license, and US work authorization.

Physicians work at a single medical center supported by large care teams, including dedicated medical scribes and assistants, in a collaborative value-based care model focused on quality outcomes for older adults, with collaboration with regional leadership and practice managers.

Strong candidates have fellowship training in Geriatrics, experience with geriatric populations, value-based healthcare models, collaborative settings, and outpatient primary care; new graduates are encouraged, bilingual proficiency like Spanish is applicable, and highly qualified may be considered for Center Medical Director.
