Requirements

Candidates must have 3+ years of post-residency work experience and an active state license in New Jersey, with preferred licenses in CT, PA, and NY. Board certification in Family Medicine is required, along with primary care and behavioral health experience to treat both acute and chronic care conditions. Applicants should be tech-savvy, proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and possess a clean background and medical malpractice history. The role requires a commitment of up to 40 hours per week, with 36 hours dedicated to clinical practice, including two weekend days per month. Spanish language proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

The Primary Care Physician will deliver fully remote text and video-based comprehensive clinical care, including preventive care, sick visits, and chronic condition management. They will manage a dedicated panel of patients, educate them on appropriate treatments and care plans, manage patient follow-ups for chronic care programs, and prescribe medication and refills as appropriate. The physician will drive high-quality care with a focus on patient outcomes and provide compassionate and meaningful patient care, representing K Health and its clinical partners.
