Licensed Clinician - Telehealth (New Jersey)

Position Overview

Thriveworks is a clinician-founded national private practice group seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide telehealth sessions in New Jersey. Our mission is to help people live happy, successful lives by prioritizing client accessibility, integrity, and quality care. We support our clinicians by allowing them to focus on what they do best.

Requirements

  • Independent License in New Jersey:
    • LCSW
    • LMFT
    • LPC
    • Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD or PsyD)
  • Must be licensed and living in the state of New Jersey.
  • Willingness to see a minimum of 25 sessions per week.
  • Behavioral Health Generalist - open to seeing couples and/or children.
  • Self-guided determination to complete notes within 24 hours.
  • Strong character with integrity, honesty, adaptability, and a commitment to quality of care.
  • Enjoy being part of a team and working together for professional development.
  • Candidates looking to grow into leadership roles/supervisors are encouraged.

Responsibilities

  • Provide telehealth sessions to clients in New Jersey.
  • Complete clinical notes within 24 hours.
  • Partner with Thriveworks in a collaborative manner.

Compensation

  • Up to $120,900, depending on licensure, sessions, and bonus opportunities.
