This is an on-site position at the medical center located at 1207A E Marshall Ave, Longview, TX 75601. Physicians operate at a single medical center supported by care teams.

Required qualifications include a Medical Doctor (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.) degree, Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Board Certification (or board eligible), active non-probationary unrestricted State License, active DEA license, and US work authorization.

Physicians work at a single neighborhood primary care center supported by large care teams, collaborating with regional and central leadership, Practice Managers, and teams to deliver value-based care focused on quality outcomes for Medicare patients.

Strong candidates have fellowship training in Geriatrics, experience with geriatric populations, value-based healthcare models, collaborative settings, outpatient primary care, and bilingual proficiency where applicable.
