This is a full-time position (40 anticipated weekly hours) at a single medical center in our innovative network of neighborhood primary care centers. Remote work is not mentioned.
Required qualifications include being a Medical Doctor (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.) graduate, Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Board Certification (or board eligible), active non-probationary unrestricted State License, active DEA license, and US work authorization.
Physicians operate at a single medical center supported by large care teams, focusing on quality care rather than volume, in a value-based care model that rewards outcomes like low hospital admissions and preventive medicine. The setting emphasizes collaboration with regional leadership, Practice Managers, and care teams to deliver excellent care to older adults.
Strong candidates have the required MD/DO, board certification (or eligible), licenses, and US work authorization, plus preferred experience in geriatrics, value-based care, collaborative settings, outpatient primary care, and bilingual skills where applicable. New graduates are encouraged, and highly qualified may be considered for Center Medical Director.
