Requirements

Passionate about mental health and expanding access to care
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple conversations
Proven ability to manage and convert a high volume of inbound leads
Adaptable to change and willing to learn new systems and processes
Collaborative and coachable
Bonus: Prior experience in a customer-facing or sales role, particularly in healthcare or SaaS

Responsibilities

Serve as the main point of contact for prospective psychiatric prescribers (MD, DO, PMHNP)
Offer strategic guidance on how to start and scale private practices on Grow
Tailor approach based on provider’s license type, state requirements, and practice stage
Provide excellent customer service and timely follow-ups for a smooth onboarding experience
Cultivate strong, trust-based relationships with prescribers to drive conversion and engagement
Partner with 30+ new providers weekly
Meet and exceed individual and team KPIs across conversion, experience, and pipeline health
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve the Prescriber Experience
