  • 2 - 5 years of experience in enablement, presales, marketing, or related roles (preferred)
  • Background in technology, SaaS, or digital adoption industries a plus (preferred)
  • Creative flair with a keen eye for visual presentation and storytelling (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Manage Enablement Content: Maintain and organize enablement resources in internal knowledge bases (e.g., Confluence), ensuring materials are current, accessible, and aligned with presales team needs
  • Demo Video Project Management: Oversee the creation of demo videos—coordinating scripts, assets, timelines, and delivery across multiple stakeholders
  • Demo Build Support: Assist in the creation and enhancement of click-through demos that showcase WalkMe’s capabilities and customer use cases
  • Enablement Content Development: Collaborate with the presales enablement manager and demo engineering team to produce guides, tutorials, and training assets that drive product knowledge and demo effectiveness
  • Demo Maintenance Assistance: Support the Demo Engineering team in maintaining demo environments and ensuring all assets remain accurate and up to date
