Responsibilities

  • Partner with customer and partner sales teams to understand customer challenges and help design solutions
  • Translate business needs into technical architectures using the full portfolio (hardware, software, cloud, and services)
  • Contribute to solution proposals, presentations, and demos
  • Stay curious about new technologies and trends, and bring fresh ideas to the team
  • Support customer engagements by helping to tell the story of how technology can drive transformation
  • Work with mentors to build expertise and confidence in pre-sales
  • Collaborate with internal and partner teams to deliver seamless solutions
  • Document work, share ideas, and help continuously improve
