Responsibilities

Partner with customer and partner sales teams to understand customer challenges and help design solutions
Translate business needs into technical architectures using the full portfolio (hardware, software, cloud, and services)
Contribute to solution proposals, presentations, and demos
Stay curious about new technologies and trends, and bring fresh ideas to the team
Support customer engagements by helping to tell the story of how technology can drive transformation
Work with mentors to build expertise and confidence in pre-sales
Collaborate with internal and partner teams to deliver seamless solutions
Document work, share ideas, and help continuously improve
