Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Implement strategies to drive revenue growth in line with organisational goals
  • Collaborate with the sales team at the client to enhance premium experiences
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external clients, suppliers, and stakeholders
  • Lead sales for a given event, with broad commercial understanding relating to margin, costs, pricing and operational fulfilment
  • Participate and take a leading role in team initiatives that contribute to project achievements, including role modelling best practice in sales activities such as networking and client meetings
  • Proactively pursue sales targets and objectives set by the Premium Sales Director
  • Ensure accurate data entry into the CRM system (Salesforce), maintaining rich customer data
  • Manage a detailed pipeline document, including sales estimates for reporting purposes
