Responsibilities

  • Share overall responsibility for revenue generation, ensuring annual performance reviews and brand expansion within the defined precinct
  • Develop a comprehensive business strategy that aligns with company objectives, leading contracts and proposals at the precinct level
  • Articulate a long-term strategic roadmap while efficiently driving short and mid-term projects
  • Cultivate and expand positive relationships with precinct customers and government entities, using multi-tier customer partnerships
  • Use professional relationships to identify and develop opportunities for expanding partnerships, positioning Thermo Fisher Scientific as the supplier of choice
  • Lead collaborative and cross-functional teams to achieve strategic targets and generate new business opportunities within the precinct
  • Gain a deep understanding of state and federal government landscapes as they pertain to healthcare, life sciences, and clinical trials to build strategic advantages for Thermo Fisher Scientific within the precincts
  • Partner with the Thermo Fisher Government Affairs team to ensure the company's appropriate positioning and advocacy
  • Design and implement a Precinct Strategy to deliver commercial objectives both short term and long term
  • Lead the total company approach & strategic precinct partnerships, translating and connecting precinct vision and investments into a company-wide strategic roadmap and suite of projects that maximizes share of wallet and partners with key customers & government groups at the highest levels
