Requirements

  • Enrolled in a degree program such as Business Administration with a focus on Media, Marketing or Communication, Communication Studies, Media Design, or Psychology
  • Enthusiastic and positive personality that motivates and inspires others
  • Creativity and enjoyment in developing new ideas
  • Familiarity with modern social media communication and fun in content creation
  • Initial experience in image and/or video editing (e.g., with Photoshop) is advantageous
  • Confident handling of MS Office as well as very good German and English skills in spoken and written form for smooth communication in an international environment
  • Availability for a 6-month full-time internship starting in March or April 2026 at the Schönkirchen bei Kiel location

Responsibilities

  • Support in strengthening and further developing the branding of our location within an international corporate structure – via channels such as Intranet, Town Halls, Newsletter, or Plant Tours
  • Contribution to the development and implementation of a location-specific branding strategy in line with our international branding guidelines
  • Planning, organization, and support of events at the location as well as creation of articles or posts to strengthen the employer brand
  • Collaboration on projects for the implementation of visual branding on site
  • Development and design of branding materials (image and video formats) in accordance with corporate guidelines
