Responsibilities

The Practice Support Manager will lead and develop a team of Support Analysts and Specialists, overseeing their daily activities and professional development while driving performance and accountability through KPI monitoring and coaching. They will manage the complete life cycle of incident management, develop and operationalize runbooks, and optimize monitoring systems. The manager will act as an escalation point for complex technical issues, manage the Mirth interface engine, and oversee ticket management processes to prevent backlogs. Additionally, they will lead initiatives for the Scalable Support Program and report to leadership on operational efficiency and team performance.
