Requirements

Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of experience managing Google Ads accounts, including Search, Display, and Performance Max campaigns. Strong knowledge of Google Ads Manager, including campaign structure, audience segmentation, and policy compliance is required, along with hands-on experience with GA4 (Google Analytics 4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM) for setting up and troubleshooting conversion tracking. Experience managing disapproved ads, policy violations, and compliance issues within Google Ads is also necessary, as is a strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently.

Responsibilities

The PPC Specialist will set up and structure Google Ads accounts according to best practices, maintain account cleanliness and ensure compliance with Google Ads policies, manage audience lists, exclusions, and tracking parameters, set up and manage conversion tracking using GA4 and Google Tag Manager (GTM), troubleshoot tagging and tracking issues to ensure accurate data collection and attribution, regularly audit ad accounts to identify and resolve errors, monitor and manage disapproved ads, policy violations, and compliance issues, assist with budget pacing and spend allocation tracking, and communicate effectively with internal teams and clients when needed, providing insights and recommendations that enhance campaign performance.
