Requirements

  • Technical Degree in a related field
  • Regular situation with the CFT or CREA
  • Experience offshore in Oil & Gas services
  • Analytical mindset with proven ability to resolve problems and identify solutions
  • Experience motivating the team
  • Fluent in English (preferable) and Portuguese with excellent all-round communication skills
  • Some knowledge on how to operate safely and flawlessly pressure pumping units (preferable)

Responsibilities

  • Supervising and delivering services operation across wellsite in Brazil
  • Preparation, following procedures, and execution of operations to ensure efficiency and safety
  • Maintaining units ready for operations at all times
  • Executing jobs
  • Planning and preparing miscellaneous pumping activities
  • Assisting in performing checks and loading of necessary product and equipment
  • Scheduling operations, including operations and maintenance of equipment
  • Working with crew on location to prepare equipment and products for pumping operations
  • Doing all job calculations required
  • Maintaining an open and business-like relationship with the company representative
