Requirements

Technical Degree in a related field
Regular situation with the CFT or CREA
Experience offshore in Oil & Gas services
Analytical mindset with proven ability to resolve problems and identify solutions
Experience motivating the team
Fluent in English (preferable) and Portuguese with excellent all-round communication skills
Some knowledge on how to operate safely and flawlessly pressure pumping units (preferable)

Responsibilities

Supervising and delivering services operation across wellsite in Brazil
Preparation, following procedures, and execution of operations to ensure efficiency and safety
Maintaining units ready for operations at all times
Executing jobs
Planning and preparing miscellaneous pumping activities
Assisting in performing checks and loading of necessary product and equipment
Scheduling operations, including operations and maintenance of equipment
Working with crew on location to prepare equipment and products for pumping operations
Doing all job calculations required
Maintaining an open and business-like relationship with the company representative
