Bachelor or Associate degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Automation or a related field
3 to 5 years of experience in the field of Power, Control, and Information system (PC&IS)
Proficiency in Allen Bradley PLC programming languages (e.g. Ladder Logic, Function Block Diagram, Structured Text, HMI & Wonderware)
Proficiency in Low Voltage projects and troubleshooting
Proficiency in OPC Software (RSlink, keepware)
Proficiency in vision systems and automation (Keyence, Cognex, etc)
Strong understanding of electrical Systems, schematics and wiring diagrams
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
Knowledgeable in Data Analytics, Data connection to Data Lake & Firewall Protocols (advantage)
Knowledgeable in Machine Safety (advantage)
Responsibilities
Coordinate with the Engineering & Operations team in building automations, adding new functionality on existing equipment for sustainable & irresistible innovations using PLC Programming & electrical knowledge
Drive Logic / integration improvement to continue improve Quality and Productivity
Eliminate losses by solving issues through root cause analysis and providing feedback to design
Develop the Preventive maintenance strategy
Build the PC&IS team Capability and provide them technical and leadership coaching
Benchmark internally/externally to bring Up-to-date technology and solution to the department
