Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or equivalent combination of education
  • 2-4 years of work experience, preferably with financial and client relationship background

Responsibilities

  • Drive and deliver client experience and needs through daily interactions
  • Participate enthusiastically in the continuous improvement of the control environment, policies, and procedures, including writing and updating team policies, procedures, and presentations as necessary
  • Obtain and review quarterly inclusion reports
  • Analyze and monitor monthly/quarterly investor reports data in the Client’s in-house system
  • Perform preliminary checks based on monthly/quarterly investor data
  • Check compliance and quality of data provided in the investor reports with contractual terms
  • Send weekly status summary to the Client
  • Draft quarterly risk report
  • Daily communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery, analysis, and flagging of potential concerns according to the agreement
  • Troubleshoot and support Financial Intermediaries
  • Perform data input activities
  • Assist stakeholders with any ad hoc/project work
