Requirements

  • High School Diploma completed
  • 2+ years of relevant Life and Annuity insurance policy experience
  • Business and analytical critical thinking skills
  • Great communication skills and exceptional typing and documenting skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to follow oral and written directions
  • Microsoft Office and MS Teams work experience
  • Inbound/outbound customer service experience
  • Great ability to multitask between client applications and DXC systems
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship

Responsibilities

  • Follow procedures to process transactions by corresponding with agents, beneficiaries, and other departments regarding policies
  • Ensure accurate handling and timely execution of any policy worked
  • Process transactions on administrative systems accurately and within client guidelines timeframe
  • Report any potential fraudulent, money laundering, or unethical requests reviewed
  • Perform other related duties as assigned or required daily
  • Provide elite customer service experience via letters or phone calls internally or externally
  • Research customer inquiries and respond to appropriate parties in a timely manner
  • Process and distribute incoming and outgoing mail for multiple clients per service level agreements
  • Perform data entry and match documents to appropriate accounts to verify up-to-date and accurate information
  • Interface with team personnel, management, and customers regarding customer service issues
  • Review client reports weekly to ensure data integrity; prepare and submit reports to management
  • Review and recommend modifications to procedures and workflow for efficient transaction processing
  • Monitor daily transactions to ensure compliance with policies and service level agreements
