The preferred schedule is Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 4pm EST, but it is flexible.
The position is designated as 2 days hybrid, requiring commuting to an onsite DXC office, with the company reserving the right to require in-person attendance at any U.S. office as needed.
A High School Diploma is required along with 2+ years of relevant Life and Annuity insurance policy experience. Key skills include business and analytical critical thinking, great communication, exceptional typing and documenting, ability to work independently, multitasking, Microsoft Office and MS Teams experience, and inbound/outbound customer service experience.
A laptop, docking station, monitors, and headset will be provided.
