Requirements

Confident knowledge of German and English languages, both written and spoken
Ability to communicate with customers via Teams calls or video calls to guide them through PMS installation and train reception staff
Experience in technical troubleshooting with customers, or keen affinity for IT, willingness to embrace new technologies, logical and analytical thinking for problem-solving
Experience in hospitality industry, customer service, or technical helpdesk
Friendly, polite, and respectful manners with excellent communication skills and strong service orientation
Ability to work independently with a structured and organized approach, being proactive in driving solutions and improvements
Sense of responsibility and reliability, operating with honesty, loyalty, and integrity
Background in the hotel industry for familiarity with processes and procedures
Innate curiosity for IT technology and openness to innovation

Responsibilities

Implement property management software (PMS) and train customers on using it (remote training via Teams)
Troubleshoot issues during and post-installation, taking responsibility for customer queries/issues until resolution
Communicate articulately and maintain a friendly tone, even in high-pressure situations
Communicate with 3rd party companies and/or internal 2nd Level or Development Teams for customer issue resolution
Uphold a customer-centric approach, consistently striving to deliver exceptional service
Maintain internal tracking system up to date with progress on all open installations until successfully completed
