有一定的投资&投后管理、游戏研发管理&资源管理经验、或企业管理咨询经验者优先

Responsibilities

协助部门负责人进行团队日常管理，包括OKR规划、项目落地、日常事务跟进、部门人员&预算管理等
团队运营：组织团队例会，保障信息同步和决策及时性，并促进团队内的交流学习；组织团队周报撰写、定期汇总进展、风险、决策点及下一步计划，及时汇报支持决策
项目跟进：完善优化团队内部管理流程和工具（如Notion）；维护项目文档库，确保项目信息的完整性与可追溯性；定义项目状态跟踪机制与关键指标，推动项目管理效能持续提升；跟踪重点项目及任务的执行状态，紧密跟进项目关键节点，确保项目按计划推进并达成目标
跨团队合作：协助leader和专家顾问与内部中台团队开展合作，跟进合作立项和落地，确保流程顺利、成本合理
支持投后studio之间的交流活动的组织安排，如DevCon，确保活动筹备完善、流程顺畅，包括管理供应商的物料和场地筹备、管理嘉宾邀请信息、活动现场支持等
管理和维护产品管线数据库，与BD等团队协同，定期刷新产品优先级和跟进重点产品合作进展
