The Plumber - Residential Service Tech will create a positive customer experience by completing service calls correctly the first time, ensuring quality and adherence to applicable codes and Hiller standards to avoid refunds and recalls. They will adjust, repair, and replace sewage and sump pumps, communicate the benefits of Club Memberships, complete all required documentation, provide accurate pricing, cut and assemble pipes, perform plumbing inspections, repair drain and water lines, prepare detailed finding reports with pictures, and perform other duties as assigned.
